The DVD contains the 12 week workout chart that you can print out from your computer. No more lost workout charts. To access the chart from the DVD follow these instructions.

  1. Put the DVD in your computer.
  2. Most computers will start playing the DVD. Close the DVD program.
  3. Open up the My Computer icon.
  4. You should see the MVP_DVD icon.
  5. Right click the MVP_DVD icon and choose Explore.
  6. You'll see the 12 Week Workout Chart in PDF format. Open it and print it.

These are the two shipping methods available outside the USA. Failure to choose one of these methods will delay your order and likely require we invoice you for a remaining balance due.

International Priority delivery is 30 days or less. International Express is typically 7-10 days but can be longer depending on your country's postal system. Tracking is available for International Express orders but not for International Priority.
